Relational Aggression opens discussion on the way girls manipulate the social scene to hurt or psychologically "destroy" their peers. This is emotional violence and it is rampant. When a girl -or any child- is victimized, when psychological cruelty goes unchecked, there are both short and long-term consequences. So what are the "appropriate" ways for girls to handle their feelings of hostility? What do culture and the media model to our children? Can anything be done to change the status-quo?

Heart to Heart is a New Zealand-based charitable trust established in 2001. Their aim is to provide high-quality parenting education at low or no cost to parents and caregivers. The Trust provides support to course creator and facilitator Chris Wilson in running the Heart to Heart Course for Parents.
